 Chapter 15

 

"I want you to watch them, once they are able to breathe on their own they will recover pretty fast, once they are awake they will be confused and sleepily."Said the Doctor. "OK, are they able to hear us?"Asks Cyan. "I don't know, it won't harm to talk to them."Replies the Doctor as he checks his work. Alex and the others walk towards Deon and I and they start talking to us.

 

After five hours they notice we are choking on the tubes. "Doctor, they are choking on the tubes."Said Xaun to the Doctor, he comes over and he checks and he takes the tube out. "They are breathing on their own, they will wake up soon, and I am going to tie them to the rails in case they lash out."Said the Doctor as he ties us to the rails of the bed. After awhile Alex notices that I am waking up. The Doctor also notices this, "talk to them, once they are awake help them to drink the blood."Said the Doctor as he gets the blood ready.

 

Alex notices that I am awake. "Drink."Said Alex as he helps me to drink the blood, once I am done I relax. "What happened?" I asked weakly. "I will tell you and Deon later."Said Alex. "OK, how is Deon doing?"I asked Alex. "He is awake as well."Said Cyan. The Doctor comes over and he checks us over. "You two go to sleep, then you can tell us what happen."Said the Doctor as we go to sleep, as he unties us from the rails. "They will wake up and they will need more blood."Said the Doctor. "OK, how long will they be like this?"Asks Yakov to the Doctor. "Couple of days."Replies the Doctor.

 

Couple of days went by and we are fully awake. "Let's try to stand up, you might feel a bit dizzy, Alex and Cyan help Deon, Yakov and Xuan help Baxter."Said the Doctor. "OK."Said Alex. They help us to stand, once I am standing I am feeling dizzy once I am on my feet. Yakov and Xuan keep me up so I won't fall. They help me to walk until I felt stronger and able to walk on my own. "You can sit down, the Master will be here shortly."Said the Doctor to us. We did what he asked and after a few minutes later the Master arrives. "I am glad you are recovered from the elixirs."Said the Master to us.

 

We nodded our heads to him. "Please explain what you saw in that state."Asks the Master to us. We told him what we saw and how Valin is able to stop the circuits and where he is hiding as well. "Are they still there?"Ask the Master. "Yes, they could be a bit father when we saw them."Said Deon. "OK, we are going to let you rest before we do the pod."Said the Master as he tells the guards to bring us back to the hut.

 

Once we are in the hut, I laid down. "I feel a bit weak still. The sleep in the pods will feel good."I said. "I agree, I don't think we are going go to work." said Deon as he lies down as well. "I agree we might not get the sleeping elixirs."Said Cyan. The door opens and the guards bring us food and blood. We ate and drink in silence. The guards came back to take the plates away. "You are spared from the elixir."Said the guard as he leaves. "We better get some rest."Said Yakov as he lays down same with the others.

 

Couple of days went by. The guards enter the hut. "Line up and follow us."Said the Guard to us, as we line up and the guard lead us to the room. I notice the Master and the Doctor there. "The Doctor is going to check over Baxter and Deon before we start."Said the Master as the Doctor checks us over. "They have recovered fully, I am going to put the pods for a bit longer. Both Deon and Baxter will dream while in the pods."Said the Doctor to the Master.

 

"OK, Deon and Baxter should go first."Said the Master. "I agree. Here you go get dressed in these clothes everyone."Said the Doctor as he give us the clothes and we get changed into them, once we are back to the room, he made sure the clothes are done up correctly. "I am going to do Deon first, once he is a sleep I will do Baxter. The elixir will work pretty fast for Baxter and Deon."Said the Doctor as he gives Deon the elixir. I watch Deon as he tries to walk to the pod. The Doctor goes over and helps Deon into the pod. He hooks up the IV's and closes the lid on the pod. He watches Deon to make sure the elixirs are working. After awhile the Doctor sees Deon is almost sleeping. "I can start another one now, I am going to do Baxter last."Said the Doctor as he the next needle ready. "Alex your turn."Said the Doctor as he gives Alex the needle. Then Alex walks to the pod and lies down. The Doctor does his job and closes the lid.

 

He watches Alex and he notices Alex is almost asleep. "Cyan your turn."Said the Doctor as he gets the needle ready, as the Doctor gives Cyan the needle and he walks to the pod. The Doctor does the same thing to Cyan. He watches him until Cyan is in the same state. Then he checks on Deon to make sure he is holding up. He opens the lid and puts on line then he put the line into a machine and hooks him with more IV's, then he closes the lid. "The machine will monitor Deon when is in the pod. You all will be in the pods a bit longer this time. You all will be hooked up the machines as well, plus in a deeper sleep as well. Baxter and Deon will go into a deeper one they might be under a bit longer."Said the Doctor as he checks Alex and Cyan over. "Xuan your turn."Said the Doctor as he gets the needle ready.

 

He gives Xuan the needle and he walks to the pod and he lies down, the Doctor did the same thing to Xuan. He watches Xuan to make sure the elixir takes effect. Once he sees Xuan is almost asleep he hooks him up with the IV'S. Then he went to Deon and checks him over and he opens the lid and puts the breathing tube into Deon and he closes the lid. "Deon is already into a deep sleep, it will take awhile before the others will, and Baxter will be in the deep sleep once he is under."Said the Doctor as he checks the others out. "Yakov it is your turn."Said the Doctor as he gives Yakov the needle. Once that is done he goes and lies down on the pod, the Doctor did the same thing to him. Once he sees Yakov is almost asleep he hooks him up with the IV's. Then he went to check on the others and he turns on the elixir to Deon. He watches him for awhile before he came to me.

 

"It is your turn. The elixir will work pretty fast."Said the Doctor to me as he gives me the needle. I felt the effect of the elixir takes effect really fast. I felt dizzy and I had trouble walking to the pod, the Doctor had to help me to the pod. Once I laid down he hooks me up to the machine and everything went black as my eyelids close on their own. The Doctor does what he did to the others. "They will be asleep for two months. Once they are awake they will be weak and in a daze. I have no idea how long Baxter and Deon will be asleep for, once they awake they will be very weak and not able to work for awhile, they need to recover their strength, it will take time. I need to move their arms and legs for them."Said the Doctor to the Master. "Sounds good. It seems the Mistress is ready to give birth."Said the Master to the Doctor. "OK, they will be OK, I need to keep an eye on them as well."Said Doctor as they leave.

 

Two months went by. "I just started to wake them up. It will be awhile before they are awake. Once they are awake they can't use the sleeping elixirs until they are stronger."Said the Doctor as he watches us. "What about Baxter and Deon?"Asks the Master. "Hard to say I had to use more of the elixir on them."Said the Doctor as he notices Alex and the others as moving slightly. "Once they are awake they will need to drink the blood."Said the Doctor as he keeps watch. After awhile the others are awake but in a daze. The Doctor helps them to drink the blood and they go back to sleep. "They will sleep for a couple of days." said the Doctor as he checks them over. Then he checks Deon and me. "They will be under another week. Before they start to come around."Said. Doctor. "OK. Once the others are back they can go back to the hut."Said the Master.

 

A week went by. The Master is back to the room. "I notice Baxter is awake same with Deon."Said the Master to the Doctor. "They are, they are still weak, they will be for awhile they are drinking the blood and able to eat. Once they are able to sit up without feeling dizzy they can try to stand and walk without aided they can go back to hut they won't work until they are a bit stronger."Said the Doctor. "OK, "Said the Master.

 

Another week went by. "How are you both feeling?" Asks the Doctor to us. "Better not as dizzy as before."Deon said."I agree."I said to the Doctor. "OK, you can go back to the hut. It will be another week before you can go back to work."Said the Doctor as he motions the guards to bring us back to the hut. Once we are there we see the others are there. Once we are inside the guard's locks the door. "The sleep felt good, but I didn't like how I was weak or very dizzy after I awoke."I said as I sit on the ground. "I agree as well. It seems I went to sleep pretty fast."Said Deon. "You did, I was the last one who went under, I went under fast as well." I said. "I am wondering if they found Valin and Zeger yet."Said Deon. "I have no idea, they been kept quiet about it."I said as I stand up and stretch. " I am sure we will find out."Said Cyan as he notices the door opening.

 

The guards enter the hut, I notice they are carrying the darts with them. "Line up and follow us."Said the Guard to us. We did what they asked and we follow them to a field. "Go and sit down."Said the guard to us. We did find seats to sit down. Once we sat down the guards straps us in, they also strap our heads as well.

 

I am able to see the field in front of me, I am not able to move my head to side to side at all. "You are wondering why you are in the seats and strap in."Said the Master as he looks at us. I kept my silence, I know I made a sound I will get something to keep my quiet. "We have found Valin and Zeger, we are going to show you what will happen to you if you try to escape, you will watch it and it will be burn into your brain as well."Said the Master as he explains what it is going to happen. "Once the elixirs take effects you will remember what happen to Valin and Zeger with one elixir that will use on you."Said the Master as he motions the guards to put in the IV's. Once the IV's are in the Master starts the elixir. I feel the elixir take effect once I felt it coming into my arm.

 

"They are in the state you want."Said the Guard as I notice him looking at me."OK, you can still hear but not able to move or talk. Once this is over we will give you the elixir to get rid of this one."Said the Master to us. He explains what he is going to do with Valin and Zeger. I notice the guards bringing Valin and Zeger to the field. I could tell they are looking around to escape. "It won't do any good trying to escape."Said the Master as he tells them. I notice Valin and Zeger are moving slowly from the elixirs. I am wondering if the one I was test on before is.

 

After awhile both Valin and Zeger are in a deep trance that they are swaying when they are standing. I see some guards entering the area in special suits so they won't breath the elixirs and they give them a needle to keep them in that state. "They will be in that state for awhile and in stronger chains as well, if any one tries to escape they will do this as well."Said the Master to us, then he motions the guards to turn off the elixirs to us and to knock us out, which we all black out real fast.
