 Chapter 28

 

"We should check them with the x-ray as well; once we are done they can recover."Said the Doctor as he brings us to his area, he does his thing and bring us back. "They will be like this for awhile. I need to check them over every day in case they need the paralyze elixir."Said the Doctor. "Will they feel the needles in this stage?"Asks the Master. "No, once it takes effect they will need to go into the bed to help to stand up."Said the Doctor as they leave. Couple of days later the Doctor came back to check us over, the Master follows him in. "It looks like Baxter is dreaming."Said the Master. "He is and moving too much. I need to paralyze him before he harms himself."Said the Doctor as he moves me away from the wall. The guards enter as well and they stand beside me, the Doctor gives me the same amount of needles and he pushes them in, it takes effect real fast and I collapse into the arms of the guards, they lie me in my bed and the Doctor straps me in and stands me up again. "He will wake up the same time as the others and he will be the last one to able to move."Said the Doctor as they leave.

 

It took us month to starting to wake up from the elixir. Once I am awake, I couldn't move at all. I see the Doctor entering and checking us over. "The others will help you with food and blood; it will take a bit longer before you can move."Said the Doctor to us. As I only can look around and kept quiet. It took another two weeks before we can move. "That felt so weird going into that elixir."Said Deon as he starts to walk around. "I agree, I didn't get the one you had, but I couldn't move when I came around."I said.

 

"My guess they gave it to you when we are under."Said Xuan as he sees the door opening the Doctor enters the room. "I am going to do a check up on you all."Said the Doctor as he checks us over. "You are all recovered nicely, and you are all expecting as well, I did the x-ray when you where in the trance."Said the Doctor to us. We all kept quiet. "Tomorrow you are going to work."Said the Doctor as he motions the guards to bring us food and blood; then they leave. We all ate and drank the blood. "We are getting the heavy one."I said as everyone pass out.

 

We slept during the night and woke up at the same time. "I wonder where we are going to work."I said as I stretch the kinks out. "We will find out."Said Alex as he notices the door opening. "Line up and follow us."Said the guard as we did what he asks. They took us to the normal tunnels. We start to work in the tunnels.

 

After few hours I felt the volts making me very tense and hardly move as well. I felt the tool slipping out of my hand as the volts gets turn up a notch. "Zeger and Valin show your self's. Now."Said a guard. Nothing happen for awhile, I felt the volts go up again, I start going into a trance as well. The guards call out to them again. Nothing happen again and I go into a trance so deep that I collapse as well. I felt hands around my arms and legs as the guard's lifts me to a wall and they put me into a chair and strap me in.

 

I am able to hear the guards calling for Valian and Zeger. After awhile they appear in trance. "Put them into the deep trance and bring the others back to the huts."Said the Master as the guards did what he asked. Once we are back in our huts the guards lie me down on the ground. It took six hours to come around from the circuit's trance. "What happen?"I asked the others. "I am guessing Zeger and Valin escaped again. I didn't go into the deep trance like you Baxter."Said Deon as explains what he saw.

 

The door opens and the Doctor and Master enter. "You all come with us."Said the Master as we did what he asked us. We follow him to the arena. He motions us to sit in the chairs. Once we sat down and I see the other huts are here as well. I see the Mistress here as well, once. The Doctor and Master went to the Mistress, the Master starts to speak. "It seems Valin and Zeger is still escaping, their huts and chains. This is a new elixir that is going to try on them."Said the Master as he motions the guards to bring Valin and Zeger into the arena.

 

I can tell Zeger and Valin is looking around to see if they can escape the room, I can tell the doors are closed and locked, plus there is glass around us. We all watched the Master and the Mistress press a buttons and we all hear a buzzer going off and Valian and Zeger runs away from each other. After awhile I see them starting to slow down. The Master turns a knob from a machine. Both Valin and Zeger have stopped moving and they started to sway back and forth.

 

Once The Master notices this as well. He used the machine for the circuits on them and they jump from the volts and they collapse and pass out. The Master stops the machine and the Doctor enters and checks them over and gives them a shot of something, then he puts them on a stretcher and takes them away. Then the guards came and bring us back to our huts.

 

Nothing happen in the year, expect that we are all showing. "I am hoping we are hoping we are doing the water one."I said as I stand up. "I agree, or we might not."Said Basil as he notices the door opening. "You are spared from working."Said the Guard as the Doctor enters as well. "I am doing a check up on you all."Said the Doctor as he starts the check up. "It looks like Cyan went into a trance."Said Basil as he notices Cyan not paying attention at all. We all watch quietly. "He will sleep for awhile."Said the Doctor to us.

 

It took six weeks for us to give birth. "I am hoping we will have a break from this."Said Cole as he stretches. "I agree or one at a time."I said. The door opens and the Doctor enters. "A check up and then you are all doing the water job for awhile."Said the Doctor as he checks us over then the Guards bring us to the water tunnel. "You know the drill." said the Guards to us.

 

Once we are all in the water, "We should work in the same area until there is no more there."I said as we swam down where we was working. We work until we hear the guards banging the side. We all swam up and got out of the water and I hand the bags to the guards. "How much more there?"Asks the guard to us. "My guess another ten bags."I replied as the others nod their heads in agreement. "OK, you will be working in the water until the jewels are gone from here."Said the guards to us.

 

We nodded that we understand what he said to us as he lead us back to our hut. Once inside he closes and locks the door. "With the water job I don't feel as tired as the other tunnel that we work in."I said to the others. "I agree, I am sure once we find all these jewels we probably will go back to that one."Said Alex as he sits down. "Hard to say, I am sure there is more in the water that we can find as well."Said Basil as he sees the door opening. The guards bring us our food and blood. We grab the food and we started to eat a drink once we are done we put the plates back where we got them and stand in our spots. I started to feel really dizzy as the elixir takes effect, I started to sway back and forth before I collapsed to the ground.

 

I hear the door opening again and the Doctor enters the hut. "All the males in this hut are in the elixir now."Said the Doctor to the Master. "Good, check them over and take the ones you want then sedate the others."Said the Master as the Doctor checks us over.

 

"Take Baxter, Cyan, Alex and Yakov. I will sedate the others."Said the Doctor as the guards help us to our feet and helps us to walk to the Doctor's area. The Doctor sedates the other guys and they pass out really quick. "They will sleep for a month, I have no idea about the others once we are done with them."Said the Doctor. "OK."Said the Master as they head to the Doctor's area.

 

Once they get there, they see we are on our beds. "I need them to recover from the elixir before I do these tests."Said the Doctor. "How long will that take?"Asks the Master. "Not, long."Replies the Doctor. They watch us until we are awake. I look around in a confused look but I kept quiet. The Master and the Doctor notices we are awake.

 

The Master tells what he is going to do to us, we all are in shock but we didn't say anything at all. "We are doing one at a time. Alex you are first. Stand up and stand in front of the wall facing me."Said the Doctor. Alex did what he asked, once he was there the Doctor checks him over. Then he gives Alex a shot and he steps back. "How fast does it take effect?"Asks the Master. "It will take a few seconds."Said the Doctor as he watches. After awhile Alex is starting to sway a bit from the elixir that the Doctor gave him.

 

The. Doctor sees that Alex is in the state he wants and gives him another shot. Alex has stopped swaying when this elixir takes effect. "Are you able to hear me?"Asks the Doctor to Ales. "Yes I can."Replies Alex. "Good."Said the Doctor as he gives him another shot. "What will this shot do?"Asks the Master. The Doctor tells him. "His eyes are starting to roll up, and they are still open as well."Said the Master as he looks at Alex. "He is able to hear and do things when he is in this state. He will also feel the volts as well."Said the Doctor as he gives Alex another shot. "This will keep him in this state for awhile."Said the Doctor. "Alex follows me."Said the Doctor as Alex did what the Doctor asks him.

 

He leads Alex to another area of the room. "Stay here."Said the Doctor as he returns to the Master and to us. "Cyan it is your turn."Said the Doctor as Cyan did what he asked him. It took the same length to get Cyan in the same state as Alex. It took another three hours to get Yakov into the same state as well. "Your turn Baxter."Said the Doctor to me as I did what the others did.

 

Once I am standing in front of the Doctor, he gives me the shot and he steps back. It feels weird and it is hard to explain what the feeling is. I start to sway when the elixir takes effect, once the Doctor sees that he does the other the shot and I stopped swaying and my eyes starts to roll up. "Are you able to hear me?"Asks the Doctor to me. "I can."I replied, as the Doctor gives me the other shots as well. "Follow me."Said the Doctor to me, he brings me where the others are standing.

 

"They look weird standing like that."Said the Master to the Doctor. "They can stay like this for a long time, I have to keep giving them the shot to keep them in this state."Said the Doctor. "It will be good for Valin and Zeger."Said the Master. "Yes, once they come around they will be in a daze and very tired as well. The sleeping elixirs will work on them once they wake from that they will go back to this state."Said the Doctor.

 

The door opens and the Mistress enters. "What is going on?"She asks The Doctor. He tells her and shows her us how we are standing. "That is amazing."She said. "It is, this is for Valin and Zeger mostly or whoever escapes."Said the Master. "Those two are causing us trouble."She said.

 

"I agree there as well."Said the Master. The Mistress tells them her idea. The Master is shocked to hear this. "We don't have anyone to leave this too, and it will be neat as well, Baxter and the others can show us how to hide the teeth."Said the Mistress. "I agree there, if we do it we should do it one at a time."Said the Master. "I agree, are they able to do it when they are in this state?"Asks the Mistress. "Yes, do you want the zombie elixir way?"Asks the Doctor. "Yes, they recover quickly from that."Replies the Mistress.

 

"Once you are chance over and awake I will do it as well."Said the Master. "OK, let me get the elixir ready and then I will give it to you."Said the Doctor as he starts to make the elixir. Once that is done the Doctor gives The Mistress the shot and it takes effect really quickly. "Baxter comes over here."Said the Doctor and I did what I was asked. "I want you to turn the Mistress into a vampire."Said the Master to me.

 

I slit my wrist and I bring my wrist up to her mouth, the Doctor had to help me to keep my arm near her mouth. "I want you to drink Mistress."Said the Doctor, she did what she asked. After a few minutes she was done. The Doctor let go of my arm and I let it drop by my side again. "You can go back where you where standing."Said the Doctor to me and I did what he asked. ""It will be the same length as before."Said the Doctor as he helps the Mistress to lie down. "OK, Cyan can do me; you can test the volts on the others expect for Cyan."Said the Master. "OK, once they are out cold they can go back their hut."Said the Doctor as he gets the machine.

 

Once the Doctor has the machine he turns it on. I felt the volt but not as strong; The Doctor turn it up a notch and I felt my arms and legs go stiff and I could move at all; then my whole body went into a stiff before I collapsed to the ground. The Doctor turns it up and everything went dark as I pass out really quick. The Doctor checks us over and make sure we are all unconscious. He tells the guard to bring in the stretchers and bring us back to the hut. They did what they were told. Once we are in the hut they lie us down and leave.

 

It took us about two months to come around from the elixir. Once we are awake we are in daze. "Take it easy, drink the blood."Said Cole as he helps me to drink the blood once that is done I have fallen back to sleep. "It probably will be another day before they are recovered."Said Basil as he checks the other guys. The door opens and the Doctor enters. "How are they doing?"He asks us. "They just woken up, they drank the blood and went back to sleep."Said Basil to the Doctor. "OK, they will be recovered by tomorrow."Said the Doctor.

 

Nothing really happen during the night, we all woke up at the same time. "That felt weird, especially when the elixir takes effect. I could still hear and move when I was told but I couldn't talk or move when I wanted too."I said to the others. "I agree, I am, guessing they used the volts on us as well."Said Yakov. I nodded my head in agreement as I see the door open and the Doctor enters. "I am going to check you over."Said the Doctor as he checks us over from the elixir.

 

"You have all recovered. I want Baxter and Alex to come with me. The others can go to work in the normal tunnel for today."Said the Doctor as he takes us to his area. Once we are in we see the Master and Mistress there. I was shock to see them as vampires. "You and Cyan turn us into vampires when you where in that trance."Said the Master to us. Both Alex and I kept quiet. "I want you to show us how to hide our teeth."Said the Mistress. We did what they asked and they got the hang of it. "Your hut mates will know but not the other huts."Said the Master to us. We nodded that we understand. "Tomorrow you and your hut mates will be working in the water tunnel for awhile."Said the Mistress to us.

 

"Before you go back to the hut I want to do a examine on you two."Said the Doctor to us as the Mistress and the Master leaves the room. "Alex you are first, I am not knocking you out here, and you will be awake until you return to the hut."Said the Doctor as he motions Alex to stand in front of him. He does what he wants and the Doctor gives. Alex a needle in the back and Alex went down from the elixir. "Baxter helps him onto the bed."Said the Doctor to me. I did what he asked and I went over to Alex and I am able to pick him up and lay him on the bed. Once that is done I step back so the Doctor can do his job. Once he is done he motions the guards to bring Alex back to the hut. "Your turn."Said the Doctor as I stand in front of the Doctor. He gives me the same shot and I went down to the ground. Two guards had to help me to lie on the bed, then the Doctor does a check up on me as well, then the guards bring me back to the hut and they help me to sit near the wall. Then they leave. "I wonder what this check is for."I said to Alex. "I have no idea, I can't feel my legs."Said Alex as I nod my head in agreement. It doesn't take that long for the others to come back. "What happen to you two?"Asks Cole to us. We tell them what we had to do and the exam as well. "Wow, I won't be say anything at all."Said Basil as the others agreement. "I see our food and blood coming."I said as I notice the door opening. Once the guards put down the plates and blood they leave. "We better help you two in case it is in the food."Said Xuan as he helps Alex while Deon helps me. Both Alex and I pass out really quick after we drank the blood. "It is in the food alright."Said Basil as he pass out as well, the others follow suit.
