 Chapter 24

"The elixir work great."Said the Master to the Mistress. "That is good, I hear the lower tunnels are filled with water now."Said the Mistress. "Wow, how are we going to get the jewels from there?"Asks the Master. She tells him what she learned. "Will it work when they are vampires?"Asks the Master. "Yes, they are able change back to human and then back to the mermen."Said the Mistress. "How they get to be mermen?" Asks the Master. She tells him. "Let's do one to try it."Said the Master. "Good idea, let's wait until Cole and Baxter are awake and stronger as well."Said the Mistress.

 

"Boy I hate standing when I get that elixir."Said Alex as he stretches the kinks out of his legs. "I agree, it looks like Deon is still out."Said Xuan as he checks him over. The door opens and the guards bring in Cole and me and they lay us down and they leave. "It looks like they did something to Baxter and Cole. They are stiff and in some sort of trance."Said Cyan as he checks us over. "It looks like Deon is coming around."Said Yakov as he notices Deon waking up. "Boy that was weird."Said Deon as he explains what happen to Baxter and Cole. "I wonder how long they will be like this."Said Xuan. "Hard to say."Said Deon. It took two months to recover from the elixir that the Doctor used on us. "Drink this it will help you."Said Alex as he helps me with the glass. "Try not to talk, go back to sleep."Said Alex as he helps me back to lie down. "Cole just woken up as well and he is back to sleep."Said Cyan. It took use another three days to recover from the elixirs.

 

"That felt weird."I said as I did some stretches. "I agree, I couldn't move or say anything at all."Said Cole. The door opens and the Doctor enters. "I am going to check Alex and the others then I will check you two over."Said the Doctor as he starts to check up on Alex. "Cyan just went into the trance."Said Cole as he noticed Cyan becoming quiet.

 

"Same with Xuan and Yakov., Alex just went into as well."I said as I notice Alex going into the trance. They all collapsed all at once. Cyan had his baby and the Doctor hands the baby to a guard, then others followed suit as well. "They will be out for awhile so I am going to check you two out before I put you to sleep."Said the Doctor as he checks Cole and I over once that is done, the Doctor lets us move the others into a better position before he makes us to lay down; once we are laying down he uses the needle which knocks us out pretty fast.

 

The Master and the Mistress enters the hut. "I guess the others had their babies?"Asks the Master. "Yes, all at once, if we do this again we better do it a bit far apart."Said the Doctor. "I agree, who do you want to try the merman on?"Asks The Master. "Baxter. Once he is one we can do the others. I need him to be elixir free for this one to work."Said the Doctor as they all leave.

 

We woke up all at once. "I guess we had our babies."Said Cyan. "Yes, you all had all once."Said Cole as he explains what we saw. The door opens and the Doctor enters. "You all had boys and they are with the woman."Said the Doctor as he checks the others over again. "You are healthy after that. Baxter you are coming with me."Said the Doctor to me, as he leads me to his area.

 

He tells me what is going to happen to me. I was in shock what I heard. "Please sit down."Said the Doctor to me. I did what he asked I sat down. He checks me over. "It will take awhile to change over, once it does you need to go into water for awhile to get used to breath under water."Said the Doctor to me. I kept quiet as the Doctor works. "If this successful the others will do it as well."Said the Doctor as he gives me the shoot.

 

The elixir or what ever the Doctor gave me is making me thirsty and very dry all once. The Doctor watches me what I am going throe. He sees that I am ready to go into the water. He helps me into the water, once in the water my legs turns into fins and I started to breath under water with no problems. "Are you able to hear me?" The Doctor asks me. "I can."I replied. "You need to stay in there for awhile."Said the Doctor to me. I just nodded my head as I continue to swim around. I try to do different stuff while I was waiting. It took about three hours to finish the changeover. "Try to come out of the water."Said the Doctor to me. I swam up where the Doctor is and climb out of the water. Once I am out of the water the fins disappears and my legs came back. I started to walk with no problems. "It works, you won't change when you have a shower at all."Said the Doctor as he explains what we are doing as a merman. "The guards will take you back."Said the Doctor to me as he motions the guards. I followed the guards back to the hut.

 

Once I got inside the hut I see the others are sleeping. "Lay down."Said the guard. I did what he said; once he gave me the needle and I fallen asleep really quick. We slept all night, we all woke up all at once. "What did they do to you?"Asks Cole to me; I tell them what happened, they look confused at me. I see the door opening and the guards bring in our food and blood. We ate and drank the blood, the guards take the plates and glass away."You are not working today. Alex comes with us."Said the guard to Alex as they take him away.

 

It took a week to get the others changed into merman. "That felt weird and neat at the same time."Said Cole. "I agree, I wonder why we are like this."I said as the door opens and the Master and Mistress enter. "How does it feel like?"Asks the Mistress to us. "Weird but neat."I replied as the others nod their heads in agreement. She tells us what we are going to do. I was shock to hear this. "You will be also doing the other tunnels as well, the other males won't know what you are either they only will know that you are going to work in a different tunnel."Said the Master to us. The Doctor checks us over again. "You are going to start the job tomorrow."Said the Mistress to us as they leave. The guards bring us our food and blood. We ate and drink the blood. "We better stand in our spots."Said Alex as he goes to his spot, once we are on our spots we fall asleep pretty fast.

 

We woke up all the same time. The guards enter and they bring in food for us, we ate the food and the guards lead us to where the water tunnels are. I look around the tunnel in amazement. The Master and the Mistress enters the tunnel. "I want you all explore the tunnels and other stuff down there, you all are going to wear a tracer around your arms so we can track where you go."Said the Mistress as the guards put on the tracers around our wrists; once that is done we get ready to go into the water. "One at a time, once in swim away so the others can get in."Said the Master to us. We all nodded as I enter the water, once I felt the water around my neck: plus I felt my legs change into fins and I went under water and went a bit deeper it doesn't take that long for the others to join me.

 

"I notice we have different color fins."Said Cole as he looks at mine and the others. "I agree, we better get started." I said as swam to the first tunnel. "This job I don't mind at all."Said Xuan as he looks around the tunnels. "I agree."I replied. It took about five hours to explore all the tunnels. "We better do one at time to climb out as well."I said as I get out of the water, once I am out of the water my fins turns back into legs. It doesn't take that long for the others to join us.

 

"How did it go?"Asks the Master to us. We tell him what we saw and how deep some parts are. "So it won't be hard to get the jewels?"Asks the Mistress to us. We shake our heads no. "OK, we can start this one a bit later."Said the Master as he motions the guards to bring us back to our huts. Once inside the guards bring our food and blood. We ate in silence and we put the plates back; we went to stand in our spots. I smell the scent one. "We are getting the heavy one."I said before I pass out.

 

The door opens the Doctor and Master enters the hut. "Yes the sphere will work, they are strong as well."Said the Doctor to the Master. "Good, we can do it once they are recovered."Said the Master as they leave. Nothing happen during the night; we all woke up at the same time. We all do stretches to get the kinks out. After we did that the door opens and the guards enter. "Line up and follow us."Said the Guard to us.

 

We did what he said and we follow them to an area. I look around and I see a machine in the middle of the room. I also notice the Master and Doctor are here as well. The Master explains what is going to happen. I was shock to hear this. "Cole you are first."Said the Master to Cole. Cole went to the sphere and climbs in; I see he is holding onto handles and his feet, once the Doctor sees he is ready he turns on the machine.

 

"I will have it on slow, once you get the hang of it I will turn it up a notch."Said the Doctor as he turns on the machine. I see the machine starts going around and around slowly. After awhile the Doctor turns it up a notice and I could tell it is going a bit faster. Cole is able to hang on. The Doctor turns it up to the fast speed. Cole is able to hang on a bit longer, after a few minutes I could tell Cole's legs are limp as the Doctor stops the machine.

 

Once the machine stops and I see Cole is unconscious, the guards bring Cole out of the machine and the Doctor checks him over. "He will be OK, guards you can take him back to the hut. Alex it is your turn."Said the Doctor as the guards carry Cole away. It doesn't take that long for the others are back at the hut, out cold. "It is your turn Baxter."Said the Doctor as I climb in the machine.

 

I grab the hand handles and put my feet where they are supposed to go. I feel the machine start up and I hold on tight. I could tell the machine is going a bit faster as I see the room moving around when I am going around and around. I felt my legs bending and I am having a hard to time to stay conscious. Before I lost conscious; there was a bright light and I disappear and the machine stops on its own.

 

"What happen?"Asks the Master. "I have no idea, we better wait and see what happens."Said the Doctor as he leaves the controls where he had it set up. It took about five hours before I return in the machine and the machine started up again. "It it looks like started up again."Said the Master. "I agree, I better stop it."Said the Doctor as he works on the machine.

 

Once the machine stops, the guards lifts me out of the machine. "He seems to be in a trance."Said the Master. "I agree, I am wondering if the aliens took him when he was in the machine."Said the Doctor as he checks me over. It doesn't take that long to get out of the trance. I look around in a daze. "I am surprised he didn't pass out from the machine."Said the Master as he watches me. "I am guessing the aliens did something so he won't pass out. I am going to take him to my area and let him rest and I will give him a sedate him for awhile."Said the Doctor as he motions the guards to bring me to his area.

 

I woke up in the Doctor's area, I look around in a daze. "Drink the blood."Said the Doctor as he helps me with the glass. After I am done drinking the blood. "I will tell you what happen with the others, they are still out cold from the machine. I am going to sedate you to help you to recover as well."Said the Doctor as he gives me the shot; I pass out quickly. "You can take him back to the hut."Said the Doctor to the guards; as they put me on a stretcher and wheel me off.

 

We all slept for a day before we come around. "I never felt so dizzy."Said Cole as he stands up. "I agree, we could you passed out when the machine went into the faster speed."Said Cyan. "We all did pass out from it."Said Alex. "I didn't."I said as I notice the door opens and the Doctor and the Master enters.

 

"I am glad you are all awake."Said the Master as he tell the others what happen to me. They all look at me in amazement. "He is still able to help you with the water tunnel in the stage as well." Said the Master to us. "I want to check him over before he does anything. Cole and Cyan you are coming to help me. The others can go to work."Said the Doctor as he takes us to his area. Once inside he tells us he is going to do the same exam as before.

 

I didn't say anything at all, we waited until he is ready for me. "You can come here now."Said the Doctor to me. I went where the Doctor is; once I get there, the Doctor gives me the shot in the back. I went stiff once I felt the needle. "Cole and Cyan catch him and help him to the x-ray area."Said the Doctor as they catch me and helps me to the x-ray.

 

They help me to lie down on the table and the Doctor gives Cyan and Cole glasses and he puts a pair on me as well. He does his thing and he lets Cole and Cyan take me off the table and on a chair. He straps me and does another exam as well. I jump a bit from the volts. "Good your circuit is good. I am going to check Coles and Cyan's."Said the Doctor as he does theirs. Cole didn't jump as much same. "Yours need to be replaced, guards you can take Baxter back."Said the Doctor as he starts to get stuff ready for Cole and Cyan.

 

The guards help me inside and help me to sit down they leave, I was able to lay down and catch on some sleep, I hear the door opening and the others arriving; once inside they sit down to get a rest. "What happen to Cole and Cyan?" asks Yakov to me. "Their circuits needs to replace."I replied. "That might take awhile."Said Deon as he sees the door opening and the guards bringing in the food and blood. I am able to stand and grab my plate and blood. We all eat and drink and we put the plates back and we went to stand in our spots. I feel my legs go very tight and then they go very rubbery, I am having a hard time standing I collapse to the floor and I see the others are in the same way.

 

I was able to pull myself to a wall and managed to push myself into a sitting position. I couldn't talk but I am able to see. The door opens and the Doctor enters and checks us over before he gives us a shot that makes us not able to move or to speak as well. I see the guard bring in Cole and Cyan they are in the same shape as us, they put them against the wall as well, once that is done the Doctor puts on masks on us. "You be sleeping for awhile for how long I have no idea. It might take awhile before you fall asleep."Said the Doctor as he starts the elixir.

 

I see the others are moving their heads back and forth as the elixir takes effects. I start moving my head back and forth as well. I could tell Alex is out cold already, it doesn't take that long for the others are out cold. I started to feel dizzy and lightheaded. I am having a hard time seeing, I keep blinking and I felt my arms are lead before I pass out from the elixir. "They are out now."Said the Doctor as he gives us shots to keep us in the state. "How long will they be like this?" Asks the Master to the Doctor. "Hard to say. Once they are awake they will be weak and in a daze, they will wake up one at a time plus they will need blood as well."Said the Doctor as they leave.

 

We slept like this for two months, I was the last one to wake up. I look around and I see the others are awake but in a daze. I hear the door opens and the Doctor enters and he helps us to drink the blood, once we finish the blood we fall asleep again, we slept for another two days before we are fully awake and standing. "That was really weird."Said Cole as he does some stretches the kinks out. "I agree there, but it felt good."Said Deon as we all see the door opens and the Master and the Doctor enters.

 

"How did that feel like?"Asks the Master to us. We tell him. "Good, it will be a new one that will happen once in awhile."Said the Master to us. The Doctor checks us over. "They are fully recovered from it. They can go to work now."Said the Doctor as he leaves as the guards enter to bring us to the work area not the water one the normal one.

 

We all work for the ten hours and the guards bring us to the shower and sprays us off; and bring us back to the hut. Once inside we all sat down to take a breather. "I like the water one better." Said Cole. We all nods our heads in agreement. The door opens and the Master enters with the Doctor. They are explaining what they are going to do one of us. I was in shock to hear this.

 

"I am going to do it here."Said the Doctor as he checks us over. "Baxter stand up."Said the Doctor as I did what he asked me; once I am standing he motions me to stand in front of him. "Look into my eyes."Said the Doctor as I did what he asked me. "Your eyes are getting heavy they want to close."Said the Doctor as my eyes starts to close. He does more to the hypnotize spell that I can't remember what he said. I am still standing so still and stiff. "Baxter hold your head up."Said the Doctor to me, I raised my head.

 

"Open your eyes."Said the Doctor as I open my eyes. Everything is blurry and I am having a hard time seeing things clearing. "His eyes are rolled up."Said the Master as he looks at me. "Alex and Deon come and stand behind Baxter."Said the Doctor to them as they do what the Doctor asked.

 

Once they are standing behind me. "Baxter your legs are getting very light and your want to fall."Said the Doctor as I started to fall and Alex and Deon catches me and lay me down on the floor. They went back to the others. "Baxter can you hear me?"Asks The Master. "I can."I replied. The Doctor does another spell and I am so stiff that I can't move at all. "You all can look at Baxter."Said the Doctor to the others. They all went to look at me. They are shock to see me like this; they went back where they are standing.

 

The Doctor gives me a shot and I went into a relax state. Once the Doctor sees what he is looking for he gives me another shot and brings me out of the hypnotize, Once I came around I couldn't move at all. "Everyone lay down."Said the Doctor to the others; they did what he asked and he gives them a shot; they pass out really quick. The guards lift me and carry me off to the Doctor area.

 

Once we arrive there the guards put me on a bed and they leave. The Doctor ties my arms and legs, then he puts me in some sort of trance again. The Doctor checks me again and sees that my eyes are rolled up again. The checks me over again; then he gives me another elixir that makes me lash out but I couldn't really cause I am tied up. After awhile I stopped moving and lay still again. "The Mistress wants to get pregnant again."Said the Master to the Doctor. "OK, let's do it before I knock him out."Said the Doctor as he gets me ready for the Mistress. It doesn't take that long for the Mistress to enter and do the job; after they wash me and put me back on the bed. "Once I give Baxter this elixir he will go into a coma and sleep for awhile, once he is awake he needs blood and then go into the water for a bit, he needs to be here for awhile, to make sure he will make it."Said the Doctor as he gives me the elixir and my eyes close as I black out. I was kept in the Doctor's area for another day before they bring me back to the hut.
